Florida’s all-inclusive scene is growing.
Global hospitality company IHG has planted a new flag on the Treasure Coast with Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort, now open in Port St. Lucie along the St. Lucie River. The hotel—IHG’s first all-inclusive stay in the United States—debuted following a $50 million renovation that brought seven bars and restaurants, a waterfront infinity pool, and private marina access to the riverfront location.
“The future of all-inclusive travel is closer to home here in the U.S., and Voco Sandpiper is leading that shift,” says Marika Sexton, the resort’s general manager. “We’ve built a resort where guests enjoy the freedom of an all-in stay paired with beautifully refreshed spaces, delicious dining, and warm, friendly service.”

All 335 guest rooms and suites feature a minimalist, modern design, and each opens onto either a private balcony or a walkout patio. Standard rooms start at 495 square feet, while the 730-square-foot suites are geared for groups, with junior suites sleeping up to four and family suites sleeping up to six.
The seven all-inclusive dining venues, overseen by executive chef Mark Jones, are headlined by Riverside Market, an international buffet built around chef stations turning out Neapolitan pizza, Mediterranean mezze, and fresh pastries. Waterfront spot Lucie’s offers a seafood-centric menu, while Solara and a grab-and-go café provide more casual dining options. On the drinks side, guests can choose from sports bar Match Point, poolside Hideaway, waterfront Sunset Bar, or Versus, an outdoor covered bar steps from the resort’s mini-golf course.
Outside, the resort offers a robust lineup of activities, with three pools, including an adults-only infinity pool overlooking the river. For the youngest guests, there’s a splash pad, a mini-golf course, and an arcade, plus a host of programming, including organized scavenger hunts, pool games, and arts and crafts.

There’s also a full slate of fitness programming, with a Peloton-equipped gym, guided nature walks, and waterfront yoga, in addition to volleyball, tennis, and pickleball courts. And guests can make the most of the resort’s waterfront locale with complimentary kayaks and paddleboards. Boaters can also tap into the on-site Sandpiper Bay Marina for access to the Intracoastal Waterway.
Located on Florida’s Atlantic-side Treasure Coast—the three-county stretch covering Martin, St. Lucie, and Indian River—the resort sits about an hour from Palm Beach International Airport (PBI), roughly 90 minutes from Fort Lauderdale-Hollywood (FLL), and just under two hours from both Miami and Orlando. The location also makes it easy to venture out for day trips: Jensen Beach for ocean access, PGA Village for golf, Port St. Lucie Botanical Gardens for a scenic walk, or Clover Park during baseball season to catch New York Mets spring training.
Nightly rates at Voco Sandpiper All-Inclusive Resort start from $309, and you can book your stay at ihg.com.
