bitFlyer Agrees to Acquire FTX Japan K.K.

bitFlyer Holdings has entered into an agreement to acquire 100% of the share capital of FTX Japan K.K.. After obtaining approval from the U.S. Bankruptcy Court, FTX Japan will become a wholly owned subsidiary of the bitFlyer Holdings.With this acquisition, new services leveraging synergies within the group are expected to be developed.
